Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Therapy West! Please complete this Volunteer Sign Up Form to let us know with which programs you are interested in volunteering, as well as your availability. Once you have submitted your availability and interest, a staff member will be in contact with you to set up a phone interview. After the interview, you will be provided with the necessary paperwork to volunteer on site. This will include providing a negative TB test (within one year), your completed Covid-19 vaccination record (including booster), and a LiveScan (paid for by volunteers).
